Description:
The 138kV silicone rubber stay insulator have below performance:
1 end metals are made of forged steel , which are uniform ,without any inner defect .of course the related cost are higher than cast steel , but the performance are more reliable .it will be free of air ,sand, inpruity things.
the metal fitting are hot-dip galavanized , zinc thickness meet related IEC and ASTM 153 standard .
2 the fiber glass core covered a layer of silicone rubber sheath . normally such product will use UV proof painting instead of silicone rubber sheath . of course it is cheaper and easy handling , but the product electrical performance low down much . and painting is easy removeable .
so our design are more reliable.
