insulator inner thread can be porcelain thread, zinc thimble or resin thread . which depends on different
cutomer's requirements .
the insulator is with ball groove top , generally when connect with cables , it is more easier for handle .
normally the insulator will be with a plastic C type ring , you can just put the cable inside the C ring and insert into porcelain top groove . then finish .
this kind of design are more suitable for cables with sheath instead of bare conductors.
the 24kV pin type porcelain insulator are one solid single piece porcelain .
we can provide short stud or long bolt for insulator assembly , which can be suitable for wooden crossarm or steel cross arm .
