1 Cap and Pins
the cap use high density ductile iron ,every pieces tested qualified after magnetic powder inspection . the pins are made of forged steel .
Both cap and pin are hot galvanized , zinc thickness meet related ASTM standard requirement

the insulation part use high aluminum porcelain C120 or C130 , It depends on different E&M requirement . the porcelain surface covered a layer of shinning glaze , color can be grey , brown or white .
3 locking device
tthe material is stainless steel which guarantee insulator string connection very safety .
4 Cement
we use excellent Portland cement make the assembled insulator have very good mechanical performance and the quality more reliable .
